I love exploring nature on hikes and bike rides ! Traveling to discover new landscapes is also one of my favourite thing ! I enjoy running, playing tennis/badminton, doing acroyoga and so much more !

Hello everyone !

I am Nina, a third year medical student from France and I am truly excited to be a part of the Workaway community !

What motivates me to embark on this journey is the desire to explore the worlds through meaningful and stimulating experiences. I believe Workaway is the perfect opportunity to discover new cultures, meeting new people and create unforgettable memories along the way !

I'm passionate about listening, helping and learning from others. I see Workaway as a chance not only to give my time and my energy but also as a valuable way to learn about life outside the classroom or the hospital.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside playing tennis, hiking and running, or doing acroyoga. Being in the nature gives me a great sense of peace and energy. I also love more artistic activities like watercolor painting and playing piano !

I’m very eager to meet new people, learn new skills, and take part in projects where I can contribute positively. I'm a quick learner, trustworthy, curious, cheerful and I genuinely enjoy being helpful and making people feel comfortable.

I'm really looking forward to the opportunity to contribute to your project while learning and sharing in return !

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I'm motivated and I have skills in different fields especially in caregiving, education and household tasks.

Indeed I worked in a hospital as care assistant in the geriatric and oncology department, where I learned how to clean patients room, maintain hygiene standards, and assist patients with their daily needs, including personal care.
Living on my own far away from my parents, I'm used to cooking, cleaning, storing and managing a household.

I also have experience with children: I've done babysitting several times, worked as scout leader with children aged 7 to 14, and supported young students in primary schools with reading practice and art projects. These experiences have taught me how to be patient, creative and organised when working with kids.

In addition, I'm the president of the tutoring program at my university. For the past two years, I've helped first-year students by creating and giving academic support sessions. I truly enjoy helping others learn and succeed.

My native language is French, and I'd be happy to teach it to others. I also speak English fluently, with a C1 level certified by the IELTS in 2023.

I also enjoy gardening and often help my grandparents with outdoor work.

I'm always willing to learn, adapt and contribute wherever I can !
