Beschreibung

We are a couple (Irish and NZ) together 13 years having met in Malaysia, moved to Cambodia where we managed a solar and wind powered island guest house, and then to London where we lived off grid on a canal boat for 2 years. We are in Mexico and Guatemala for 6 months in 2025.

**August 2025: We've just completed 2 months with "All Hands & Hearts" constructing a school in Puebla, Mexico, along with installing two rainwater harvesting systems at two schools. Neil was team leader on site and Tracy supported the project team as a volunteer coordinator**

2025: Living in Nelson, NZ for 7 years.
Prior to that we travelled India and Nepal for 8 months, where we volunteered on a fruit and vegetable farm (Buddha Garden) in Auroville and an orphanage in Velaturra, near Hyderabad where we did general electrical work and installed a solar system. We returned to the orphanage to install a second solar system.

2017: We spent 12 weeks volunteering with the organisation "All Hands" building a school in the mountains in Nepal.
Neil was second in charge on site and was on site and I was base manager of 100+volunteers. We saw the build through from slab pour to roof.

We are interested in working on the land and learning more about sustainable living. We are willing to work the required hours to make this possible. We have loads of hospitality experience.
