Hi, we are Neels and Mattea and we are a couple from Germany. In the text below we briefly introduce ourselves to you. :)

Hello Guys! I am Mattea and I’m 20 years old. I come from Germany and I am looking for the greatest adventure of my life.
I graduated from high school a year ago. I spent the following year doing voluntary service. I was allowed to work in an institution that enables young people with disabilities to finish school. During that year, I was able to accompany and support the young people.
Now this wonderful year is over and it is time for new experiences and adventures. The plan is to get in the van and go.
True to the motto: “the journey is the destination”
And exactly on this way I want to support people and get to know new cultures.

Hi there I am Neels.
I’m 20 years old and I have a great desire for an adventure.
Travelling has been an integral part of my life since childhood. With my parents I have often camped in Italy, Greece, France, Iceland and the Netherlands and now it is the time to discover the world on my own.
I’m passing my A-levels in June 2023.
I’m very interested in culture, history, music and language and I can get enthusiastic about many things.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Mattea: I have been riding and working on farms since I was 8 years old. So I am familiar with all kinds of farm work. Feeding animals, mucking out stables or small repair tasks give me pleasure. I love to take care of animals of all kinds. At home I have a great dog that I love to spent time with. I can definitely lend a hand and am not afraid of work I recently renovated our new flat with my fam. At home I like to help in the garden and I really enjoy cooking. My friends know me for my cakes and pastries. I have also cut my brothers and friends hair. In my free time I like to paint, and I always have music playing. I played the drums for a long time and I like to make music. I recently got a camera that I like to take pictures with. My skills and interests are definitely diverse.

Neels: For 13 years, I attended a Rudolf-Steiner-School ,where I received instruction in addition to the core subjects, including classes in handiwork, horticulture, woodworking and blacksmithing, before passing my A-levels in June 2023. During my school years, I completed several placements such as a social internship at a school for individuals with disabilities, a craft internship at a bakery, an agricultural internship on a Demeter farm, and a forestry intership at a woodland management facility.
I’m adventurous, enjoy being outdoors, and engage in physical activities frequently. I’ve played both tennis and hockey for clubs, and since the age of 10, I’ve been a part of a children’s and youth circus where I do acrobatics and juggling. I’ve also worked as a coach in this circus, teaching children and teenagers my skills.
Besides sports, music is a significant part of my leisure time. I played the Violine for 11 years and have been playing the electric guitar for 3 years.
I enjoy cooking, am skilled in crafts, have a good rapport with children and love to work with animals.

Was noch ...

We love going to concerts and festivals. Mattea likes to ride her Vespa scooter and often takes Neels with her on the back seat. All in all, we are a very creative couple who love to spend our free time in nature. We enjoy learning new skills and getting to know many different cultures, countries and languages.
