Beschreibung

My name is Mylinh. I was born and raised in the sunny state of California where I studied Psychology and Early Childhood Education. I've been living in Spain for the past 6 months and Vietnam for the last 13 years. I currently provide different kinds of therapy, from behavioral therapy to non-violent communication. At the moment I am going back to school for facilitating therapies related to sex and relationships for individuals and partnerships.

In Vietnam I mainly worked as an English teacher for 12 amazing years and love to help others with the English language. I am a multidisciplinary artist and I used to own a pottery studio there as well and in my free time was also a teacher of ceramics, painting, block-printing, and various meditation practices in my studio and around the city. I also spent many of my years here running a few community based projects that give outreach to disadvantage youths.

The sportier me would describe myself as an avid rock climber that would love to climb every country and region I travel to. I love practicing Capoeira and have experience teaching both of these skills as well.

When find more time at my fingertips, I love to travel to various music festivals as a facilitator and teacher in various workshops related to my skills above and also as a teacher and performer of various flow and fire arts. I also like to build structures and sculptural projects and have added a video of my latest creation to my profile.

I love to travel to expand my knowledge by learning and experiencing new things. I believe I am a good teacher but know there is unlimited learning to be had. Most of my workaway experiences in the past involved mural work and mosaics and have added those photos to my profile. At the moment I’m looking for reciprocal workaway experiences that will allow me to both share any my skills as well as learning from others.
