Hello! We are a Swedish family currently traveling and exploring sustainable living in southern Spain.
We are a mother (My) and two grown children (17 and 23), looking for meaningful volunteer experiences where we can contribute, learn, and connect with others.

We have experience from farm life in Sweden, including animal care, gardening, and practical maintenance. We enjoy working together and adapting to new environments.

- My (mother): trained in mindfulness, healing, hairdressing, and social work. I love nature, people, and meaningful conversations.
- Son (23): IT technician with a passion for gardening and outdoor work. Currently in rehab after knee surgery, so he’s available for light tasks and social contributions.
- Daughter (17): loves animals, nature, and creative tasks. She’s curious, social, and eager to learn.

We are open-minded, respectful, and happy to help with gardening, cooking, cleaning, animal care, language exchange, or light construction. We value authenticity, flexibility, and community.

We’re currently based in Andalusia and available for stays from 1 to 3 months. We’re especially interested in off-grid projects, eco-farms, and family-friendly environments.

¡Hola! Somos una familia sueca que actualmente está viajando por el sur de España, explorando formas de vida sostenibles y auténticas.
Somos una madre (My) y dos hijos adultos (17 y 23 años), y buscamos experiencias de voluntariado significativas donde podamos contribuir, aprender y conectar con otras personas.

Tenemos experiencia en la vida rural en Suecia, incluyendo el cuidado de animales, jardinería y mantenimiento práctico. Nos gusta trabajar en equipo y adaptarnos a nuevos entornos.

- My (madre): formación en mindfulness, sanación, peluquería y asistencia social. Me encanta la naturaleza, las personas y las conversaciones profundas.
- Hijo (23): técnico en informática con pasión por la jardinería y el trabajo al aire libre. Actualmente está en fase de rehabilitación tras una operación de rodilla, por lo que puede colaborar en tareas ligeras y sociales.
- Hija (17): amante de los animales, la naturaleza y las tareas creativas. Es curiosa, sociable y con muchas ganas de aprender.

Somos respetuosos, abiertos y felices de ayudar en jardinería, cocina, limpieza, cuidado de animales, intercambio de idiomas o tareas ligeras de construcción. Valoramos la autenticidad, la flexibilidad y el espíritu comunitario.

Estamos en Andalucía y disponibles para estancias de 1 a 3 meses. Nos interesan especialmente los proyectos off-grid, las fincas ecológicas y los entornos familiares.
