I am 18 & looking to travel throughout my gap year, I would love a travel buddy for company who is up for an adventure.

Beschreibung

Hi there, I am an English art student age 18 looking to solo travel throughout my gap year, interested in exploring the world through unique opportunities meeting different communities and making meaningful connections through workaway. So far, I have taken part in a volenteer exchange at a hostel in Palermo and experienced van life in the South of France.

I am adventurous, hardworking and open to a wide range of voluntary roles with hands-on experience like; volunteering at festivals, creative group projects, gardening, animal management, working in hospitality, photography, videography and editing. I am more than happy to get stuck in wherever help is needed and am looking forward to contributing positively to the places I visit and having meaningful experiences over this next year.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I’m a recent level 3 Art and Design graduate from Kendal College, currently taking a gap year before uni and I’ve worked in bakeries, cafés, and at food stalls, so I’m confident with baking, food prep, and customer service. I’ve also helped out with gardening, festival volunteering, and creative projects like light festival lantern-making and event setup. I'm comfortable working solo or as part of a team and I enjoy both hands-on work and anything creative.

Whether it's cooking, cleaning, painting, or helping out with animals, I’m always happy to lend a hand and learn something new along the way.

I'm an 18 year old art student from Lancaster in England, taking a gap year before studying at Glasgow school of art. I am passionate about nature, music and art, I love the ocean, long walks and horseback riding when I have the opportunity to go. I am very open minded and adventurous, always looking to try new experiences and connect meaningfully with different places and people.
