Hola! I'm Miguel from Canada.
Being in nature, meeting new people, exploring the land, immersing myself into new cultures, being creative, and doing sports are my motivation and what brings me happiness. My goal is to help, share, learn, and grow (and laugh). If I had to describe myself, I would say that I am a curious, calm and creative person, who loves the outdoors and the unknown. Above all else, I love learning new ways to improve myself and the world around me.

I value meditation, yoga, and journaling/ reflection.
I love plants and their healing power, holistic and mystical practices.
I love sports, so I'm always up for those kinds of activities.
I am interested in doing arts of different kinds (murals, natural art installation).
I feel alive when I am at the edge of my comfort zone.
For some reason I really enjoy walking in the middle of a snow storm or a raining storm
