Hello!!!

I am Maurice, a 36-year-old Dutch man. I am an easy-going and hard-working person who enjoys meeting like-minded people, sharing life experiences and learning new languages.

As a child I loved being outdoors, playing sports or having adventures.

In my twenties, I volunteered for 6 years for a youth organization that focused on sports, fun, adventure and connection. And during my gap year from school, I worked for a farmer, a roofer and a plant grower.

With the renovation of my house in 2015, where the house was completely stripped and a new construction was added, I gained the necessary experience with renovation work. I should mention here that I had a supporting role for the experts. So I can help you with renovation work as long as you are not looking for a contractor or other professional.

After studying social work, I spent a number of years working with various target groups from ages 6 to 78. From children living at home with learning disabilities to criminal (young) adults with additional psychiatric and psychosocial issues.

In 2018, I decided to quit my last job and follow my dream of traveling. In between traveling, I worked as a freelancer in healthcare. Last year I decided to quit and move to Portugal. A few months ago I started my journey in Affiliate Marketing, because freedom is one of my core values and I no longer want to trade time for money.

I am interested in coaching, psychology, philosophy, breathwork, sports, nature, adventures and creating financial freedom. You can wake me up for a beach workout, obstacle runs, hiking, climbing, mountain biking and many other outdoor activities.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

As a child, I worked for several years during the summer vacations at farmers where I planted asparagus and leeks.

I worked for 6 months at a plant grower where I helped from planting to pruning.

Through an employment agency, I worked for 3 months on a farm with cows, chickens and asparagus, where I did various tasks in the barn and outside. There I learned to drive a tractor. I also worked for 6 weeks as a roofer and 2 months as a construction worker.

During and after my studies I worked with children, adolescents and adults up to 70 years of age. From people with dementia to people with behavioral problems and social / psychological problems. My work ranged from support with general daily living activities to finding work and coaching conversations.

As a volunteer I worked 5 years for the youth organization Jong Nederland. We offered youth and youngsters, through games, a meaningful and fun leisure time.

As a freelancer I help people in the age of 25 to 40 who get stuck in life. I support them in discovering who they are and what they really want in life.

Was noch ...

I love hiking, exploring new places, chatting at campfires, talk about life, be silent, mindfulness, breathwork, my niece and nephew.

And currently, I am writing my first book of personal life lessons that will allow me to complete my life's work and die peacefully.
