Hi, I'm Mathis. I'm studying in Saarbrücken and I'd like to use my summer hollidays to travel and see some more of the world. I like to be active, in the nature, and to get to know new cultures.

Beschreibung

Hallo, I'm Mathis.
After I finished school in Mainz (Germany) in 2024, I traveled across Thailand, Laos and Vietnam for 3 months and also discovered Workaway there, by staying at local places and getting to see the country in an authentic way. I then worked at an Ice cream parlor, before moving to Saarbrücken in October 2025 to study german and french law.
Since then, I spent most of my time in the university or the library and relaxed with friends at home or at my parents place during the Hollidays.
Thats why, I want to use the summer vacation to see some more of the world, make new experiences and be active!

In my free time, I do different sports to get some time outdoors and enjoy the nature while rowing, cycling or jogging.
Other than that I love to read books (Lupin at the moment), to watch movies or to play some games.

I would love to get the chance to see some more of the world and hope to make some amazing experiences and new friends along the way.

My native language is german, I have studied french since I was ten years old, so I am quite fluent in that as well. I have decent english skills and even worked for two weeks as an english teacher (mostly for kids) in Thailand. I forgot about most of my spanish skills but I'm eager to relearn what I've forgotten and my use of what I still remeber...

I am German and I have a german and a french degree, I currently study german and french law.
I have decent English and some (little) Spanish skills.
I have participated in multiple exchanges, and traveled through asia, there I gained some experience in hitchhiking, language teaching, traveling, basic gardening and would be interested to see more of what the world has to offer.
