Hi!
This is Marlene over here.
Born and raised in the Netherlands, so living practically below sea level. That's what made me decide to study Land and Watermanagement ;). I worked for an international christian NGO and now having a few months off to discover the beautiful New Zealand!
I love being outside, doing hikes, working in the garden, cycling (did I say I am Dutch?), making nature photo's, watching sunrises and sunsets, and singing in a choir (or maybe even better: with a bunch of friends around a camp fire!).
I grew up surrounded by 5 brothers, so got to know more about cars than dolls ;). I would love to learn more about farming, both skills and knowledge. Also since I am considering finding a job in that branche when back in the Netherlands. My education was on university-level, but hands-on-work suits me better. Maybe I can use my energy at your place?

A bit of everything...
I'm quite 'handy around the house'. Fixing stuff, doing some woodwork, painting etc. Love a good bit of DIY and helping out friends and family with renovating their houses.
Didn't grow up on a farm, but worked 10 years in horticulture and milked a few cows.
