Hey there,
my name is Maja, 23years old, living in the south of Germany.
I study social work, focusing inequality, injustice, poverty etc. I work in a project about homeless families and I volunteer at a local organisation supporting drug addicts.
I live in a shared flat of 6, heres where I spend most of my free time: Spending time with my roommates, caring for my chickens, gardening, baking, sewing.. And I'm taking a pottery class right now.
I realy enjoy working around the House, creating, upcycling, and work with my hands.

After i finished school i did some workaway in Central America, there i was working at farms, a guesthouse, hostels and a soap-workshop. I've been fruit-picking, cleaning, painting walls, foalding packagings - so I'm able to do a lot of different things.

The hostel is beautiful, treehouselike. Its 10 Minutes up the hill from the center Of Uvita and right next to a very nice waterfall in the jungle, monkeys are around! The beach is pretty far away, about one hour walking.
The german Family managing the hostel is super friendly and helpful.
The work itself is very… read more
