Hi, my name is Si and I am from China. As an education major, I have always been passionate about becoming a socially responsible member of society. Since entering university, I have actively engaged myself in various volunteer activities. These include teaching primary school kids in Thailand and volunteering as a project manager for an NGO in China etc.. Through these experiences, I have discovered immense joy and fulfillment in making a positive impact on the lives of others.

My motivation stems from a strong desire to contribute to the creation of a more friendly and sustainable community and society. I believe that education plays a crucial role in empowering individuals and fostering positive change. By sharing my knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm, I hope to inspire and empower others to reach their full potential and contribute to the betterment of society.

With both a bachelor's and master's degree in English Language Teaching, I possess the necessary skills to effectively teach children English, which can be a valuable asset in an educational NGO setting.

Furthermore, my experience in project management, gained from both corporate and NGO contexts, has equipped me with a solid foundation in planning, organizing, and executing tasks efficiently. I have successfully led and coordinated various projects, ensuring their timely completion and adherence to objectives. This experience has honed my ability to work collaboratively, manage resources effectively, and adapt to dynamic environments.

Currently, as an MBA student in Paris, I am expanding my knowledge in the field of business. This academic pursuit enables me to bring new perspectives and innovative ideas to the program, particularly in the realm of fundraising. Personally, I am a nature lover, and I find solace and inspiration in spending time outdoors. I have a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature and enjoy activities such as hiking.
