I’m a french canadian 24 years old, who just crossed the Atlantic by sailboat during the spring to spend the summer in Europe and meet the Italian culture!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I’m sort of a touche-à-tout! This french expression means I like to try everything and learn stuff, so far I’ve mastered a few skills and got the basics of many aptitudes

I’ve been a caretaker during 4 years, I worked with babies and children, the elderly, people with handicaps. This means I know how to deal with emergencies, have got a good first aid training and know how to care for others in general!

I also did a carpentry course, so I know how to use tools and fix or build things. I know basic stuff about plumbing and electricity too.

I now work as a deckhand, which means I can work long hours, can work hard, know how to react to fires on my own (I did a firemen-at-sea class for that, hence the picture!) and am not easily bored.

I speak French, English, Portuguese (from Brazil) and I can read braille.

Je suis une touche-à-tout, j’adore essayer et apprendre plein d’aptitudes, jusqu’à maintenant j’ai des connaissances approfondies dans certains domaines et des bases dans trop de sujets!

J’ai été aide-soignante pendant 4 ans, j’ai travaillé avec les bébés et enfants, les personnes âgées, les personnes ayant un handicap, et les gens qui viennent de se faire opérer. Donc je réagis bien en cas d’urgence, j’ai de bonnes connaissances en premiers soins et je sais comment prendre soin des gens en général!

J’ai aussi fait un cours de charpenterie, alors je sais utiliser des outils et réparer ou construire des trucs. J’ai aussi des bases en plomberie et en électricité.

Maintenant je travaille comme matelot. C’est pourquoi je peux faire des quarts très longs, je sais travailler dur, je sais réagir au feu sans aide (j’ai fait un cours de feu-en-mer, ce qui explique ma photo de pompière!) et je ne m’ennuie pas facilement.

Je parle français, anglais, portugais (du Brésil) et je sais lire le braille.

Was noch ...

I just love too much stuff!! Dancing, knitting/crocheting, macrame, trying out new food, singing, board games, sailing, reading, cooking, weaving, biking around, listening to movies, painting, and I would learn just about anything! I most of all try to have a way of life that keeps me well.

And I’m guessing by reading my profile I seem like a little tornado but I’m mostly calm :) I know when’s the right time to be active and when the moment calls for calm

J’aime tellement de choses!
Danser, tricoter/crocheter, le macramé, goûter des nouvelles recettes ou des aliments que je ne connais pas, chanter, les jeux de société, faire de la voile, lire, cuisiner, tisser, faire du vélo, regarder des films, peindre et j’apprendrais à peu près n’importe quoi! En fait, j’entretiens un mode de vie qui me garde heureuse le plus possible.

Aussi j’imagine que j’ai l’air d’être une petite tornade en lisant mon profil, mais en fait je suis pas mal calme :) Je sais être active quand c’est le bon moment et relaxer quand le moment appelle au calme
