Hello dear Hosts !

We are Marine and Paul, a Swiss / French couple who loves adventure, nature and meeting new people while traveling around the world^^

Marine:
A smiling, dynamic, and curious person.

I work as a home caregiver for four adolescents with multiple disabilities and their families. I also occasionally teach ballroom dance classes for children (Pierre Dulaine’s method).

I'm passionate about dance and of course also about traveling, discovering new cultures, meeting people, and spending time in nature and the wilderness.

Always enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills, I’m ready to be surprised by everything South America has to offer. It would be a pleasure to help you with your project in any way I can — I’m flexible!

By the way, I love animals and feel totally comfortable taking care of them (if needed 😉).
Growing up, my family was known as the “neighborhood animal shelter” 😄 — we always had animals running around, like cats, dogs, bunnies, guinea pigs, and even ferrets!

Paul:
A proactive, adventurous, and attentive person.

I’m always curious and happy to help with any kind of DIY-project. I love learning new things and enjoy finding creative solutions when needed.

In my free time, I enjoy DIY projects, so I’m pretty used to work with tools and do some woodworking, gardening, a bit of plumbing, small electrical tasks.

Professionally, I work as a registered nurse and midwife (yes, really! 😉), so I can definitely be helpful with any minor health concerns.

I also enjoy discovering new activities, hiking, exploring cities, learning new languages and cultures, and of course, trying local foods and recipes.

We both speak French, English, and German fluently... and we’re currently learning Spanish :) We'd be happy (and looking forward) to do a language exchange if you're interested!

Was noch ...

We're realy looking forwar to discover south america and create amazing memories with you !

We do enjoy discussion, board games and would love to learn about cooking local food or anything else you wish to share with us :)

What else about us: we play some music and sing (we play a little bit of piano and guitar). We also love anything outdoor and sea related : we've already experienced surfing, snorkeling/diving, windsurfing, a bit of sailing, paragliding, hiking, wild camping.

Marine did some circus in the past and theater play. Paul is currently picking up ice speed skating and did his first parachute jump just a few weeks ago !
