Hey All!
I'm Lisa
I have been traveling with Workaway for the last couple of years. I am truly loving this lifestyle. I find it incredible rewarding. There is a lot I have learned about myself including many practical skills.
I am from Cape Town, South Africa.
After qualifying as a Tefl teacher, I began teaching children in other nations. I hope to continue teaching through workaway. After school I went to teachers training college. However, I was distracted by other paths before returning to teaching which inspires me.
I'm also passionate about nature and the environment and Workaway allows me to explore while connecting with people at the same time.
I worked in a kibbutz, helped in schools in Asia and Africa and am an experienced cook. -

I have worked in schools teaching English in foreign countries. I have experience with lesson planning, phonics and communication skills. I have also volunteered on farms. I am a good cook.
