I am interested in all sports, especially watersports and triathlon. I am also interested in creative projects and other cultures.

Beschreibung

Hi I’m Line :) I am 19 years old and I am from Denmark. I am an open and positive person, who enjoys an active lifestyle. I love all sports and triathlon, surfing, skiing and hiking are my favourites. I am always open to trying something new and I love a challenge. I enjoy an adrenaline rush but I also appreciate the quiet and peaceful days, where I love knitting, reading and being outside. I am a very social person, and I get along with many different types of people. I am a huge optimist and believe in living in the moment and connecting with the world. I am currently volunteering in Indonesia as an English teacher, and I am learning so much about their culture, about myself and about adapting to a lifestyle that is very different from my usual. With Workaway I hope I will have to opportunity to experience other cultures and learn more about the world, the people in it, and about myself and my goals

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have worked at a restaurant for 4 years, since I was 15. I worked as a dishwasher, and regularly helped waiting tables and as an assistant in the kitchen. My work has given me experience with customer service and hard work. I have volunteered in Indonesia as an English teacher for children on the ages between 6 and 16. This program has given me experience with working with children, teaching and adapting to a new culture. Through workaway i have volunteered at a hostel in Greece, and have experience with all the basic hostel tasks like check-in and -out, cleaning and socialising with guests
