Hello,

We are Nina and Leo, arrived in Australia in January 2023. We are currently working to the east of Darwin in a roadhouse, where we plan to stay until the end of August. After that, we would like to discover more of Australia starting with the east coast between September and October, from Cairns to Sydney. We will then travel around Asia for more than six months.
Curious, hardworking and positive, we would like to punctuate our trip with volunteering experiences in unique places!

About us:
We are French and we met 5 years ago during the beginning of our studies in business school. We graduated recently and our ambition is now to travel the world over the next few years.
We share a passion for cooking and good food, so we would love to spend time cooking good food! Besides, we love being in contact with nature and are always happy to discover the local fauna and flora.

Leo:
I grew up in a small village in the south of France where I spent most of my time outdoors. I have always had a passion for travelling and have dreamed of travelling the world since I was a child. Today, I am trying to make this dream come true!
I had the opportunity to work in many fields in France and abroad: hospitality, construction, handling, humanitarian, sales, agriculture, management, marketing etc... More generally, I like to discover new environments and learn new skills, so I would be delighted to help you with all your projects!
I recently fell in love with scuba diving during a one year trip to Asia in 2021 with Nina. I plan to pass my professional levels in the coming months.

Nina:
I grew up in Paris in an urban environment and, as part of my studies, I worked in finance and marketing in large food companies.
During the last 3 years, I have become more and more interested in travelling and I am now eager to expand my horizons as close as possible to nature. 2021 was the year of my first backpacking trip to Asia where I became passionate about adventure and discovery. I also discovered scuba diving and I wish to continue this sport. The other highlight of this trip was my volunteering experience in a school in Cambodia where I was English teacher and facilitator.
Lastly, I am in love with animals (especially cats) and I am passionate about cooking.

Now you know a little more about us! We are now looking forward to learning more about you, your projects, your experiences and your passions. We can't wait to meet you!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Nina:
Because of my corporate experience, I am very comfortable with office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. I can therefore teach you how to use these programs.

I am also very comfortable with children, I like to take care of them and propose original activities. My mother has a painting school for children, so I have helped her for many years with the children. I also spent two months in a school in Cambodia as a volunteer where I gave English lessons and looked after the children during their free time (sports, artistic activities, board games, etc.).

I have a passion for cooking and good food so I would be happy to help with the preparation of meals. My speciality: Mediterranean cuisine and cookies!

Finally, I have had a cat since I was a little girl and I love being close to nature. So I can take care of your animals on a daily basis.

Hardworking and fast-learner, I can also adapt to more manual tasks without worry.

Leo:

I have experience in various fields and I like to be a bit of a jack of all trades. As the son of a chef, I have always loved to cook and I am always happy to help out in the kitchen or even cook some good food or desserts for you!
I like to spend time in nature in various activities. I have done a lot of gardening, some construction, handling etc... So I will be happy to help you with your manual work (and I am very willing to learn new skills!)
I am at ease with office automation tools. I can therefore give you lessons or help you with some of your projects that require this kind of skills.
I also have several experiences as a babysitter, so I am comfortable with children.

More generally, I can easily adapt to your needs and I would be delighted to share my knowledge, skills and passions with you, just as I would be to learn more about yours.
