Hi, my name is Karin I'm 67 years old, mother of three adult children ,and grandmother of four granddaughters. I'm very ambitious to improve my English skills and also like it very much to be in the UK. Before I get rertired I was a social worker and worked with homeless people and also people with mental health conditions. I love gardening and growing my own vegetables. I love beeing outside in the nature, making long-distance hiking.
I volunteer at a hospice and in a social deprived area for a few days a week. I love this kind of social work very much.
People say that I'm a good cook . I'm in very close contact with my grandchildren, they are between nine and four years old, therefore I enjoy looking for children too. I also like pets and I'm not afraid of big ones.
I'm interested in culture like theatre, music and art.

I like gardening and growing my own vegetable. I have four grandchildren and I have experience in childcare. I'm good at cooking and baking.
Before my retirement I was a social worker and worked with homeless people for more than ten years . As a result I am very tolerant of other people and do not judge behavior that might be considered unusual.
I love to be outside in the nature with hiking , but I'm also very interested in culture like theatre, art and history.
