Tätigkeiten, die uns interessieren:

Currently in Vietnam, then back to our home in Australia for a quick visit in May and back to South EastAsia and on to Europe August/September/October.

Beschreibung

We are an Australian couple that have been slow travelling since March 2025, basing ourselves in Vietnam. Our travels over the last year have taken us to Thailand, The Philippines, Eastern Europe and Croatia.
Our aim is to explore the world in a sustainable way, connecting with locals and experiencing cultural exchange.
We are easygoing and hardworking, non smokers, and excited to be able to contribute, work, learn, and make friends along the way.
Chris holds an international car and motorbike license and has driven extensively throughout Europe. We are relatively new to Workaway and have done only one so far, which was 2 months in Croatia.
Currently we are back in Vietnam where we spend our time exploring, keeping fit, surfing, biking, and doing volunteer work. Usually at the local library helping the children with their English which is lots of fun and very rewarding.
Planning to return to Europe August/September/October this year 2026.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Chris is an electrician by trade, and also very handy and knowledgeable in most trades. My background is dental and admin, being a dental practice manager for the last 20 years.
We are both keen gardeners, having maintained our large yard and family home in Australia for many years. Quite proficient in small renovation projects, furniture restoration and painting. Both of us are keen cooks.
At our last Workaway Chris installed new lighting and electrical systems, hot water bathroom boilers and new bathroom vanities.
We did maintenance and painting works and gardening.
I also did some interior design, and looked after the cats and villa as our host had to go away for a few weeks so we were taking care of everything.
