Beschreibung

Hiya, I'm Kolya!
I'm a 19 year old traveller from New Zealand currently living in Germany with my Oma whilst exploring Europe on my year away from my homeland (which is beginning to look like more years to come ;))

In New Zealand I lived on a small farm with my family, mainly tending sheep and cattle, but with two dogs and a cat as well, so I have a love for animals and I would say a general knowledge on what farm life requires. My work life thus far has consisted of mostly hospitality in restaurants and cafés, supplemented with occasional work as a baby sitter :)

I love being in the mountains, playing games, climbing stuff, photography, and music/songwriting with all my heart, playing mostly piano and singing, but also slowly picking up guitar along the way, so you'll probably find me luggin' one around with me! I spend a lot of time stargazing, and always feel my best up late under the sky, but will also be up to catch a sunrise. I also tend to eat a concerning amount of licorice products 😅

At the moment my plans after travel are to study Film Composition, and hopefully set myself up permanently in Europe, but for now I'm leaving it to the wind a little bit, and will see where I find myself ;)

I'm keen to do anything in my pursuit of everything new, and find myself adaptable, eager, reliable, and hopefully at the very least just a nice person to be around. Looking forward to helping out in any way I can, and meeting amazing people in amazing places

Was könntest du arbeiten?

As a 19 year old just out of high-school, my career history isn't comprehensive, but I spent much of my work life at a nice fast paced restaurant as a waiter, which required total focus and priority management; along with people skills and quick thinking.
I have also worked often with my dad on the farm, mostly drenching and moving sheep and cattle, but also mowing, cutting trees, feeding various animals, planting, and the other tasks that occur in daily life on a farm.

Was noch ...

I love card games, and regularly play a board game called Settlers of Catan with my family and friends, but anything game related I am always IN. I played football (soccer) all through high school, I like to read and write lyrics/poetry, looking at stars, and I love swimming in anything (yes no matter how cold).
