Beschreibung

Hi everyone! I'm Kirsty :) I'm half English, half Irish - hence the red hair! I have always been into outdoor activities and the arts. I currently work as an outdoor instructor, but have a background and degree in interior design. I am open minded and easy-going and like to support people in anyway possible, whether it's simply being a good listener, offering encouragement and moral support or listening to what they want and thinking of ideas to help achieve that.

I want to make the world a better place by encouraging people to get outdoors and be active, to help improve their mental and physical health.

I play piano, dabble in surfing and am obessed with climbing big mountains! I genuinely enjoy just having the chance to talk to people from around the world, learning about their stories and how they got to where they are now.

Every morning I practice yoga and meditation to keep me grounded. I'm interested in developing my knowledge of hiking, meditation, gardening, vegetation, DIY skills and sustainability!

When I travel I like to sketch to document my experiences - I can do some drawings for you too and teach how how to draw/ paint!

I've previously volunteered in the Himalayas teaching at a monastry, have campaiged to improve mental health services and like to set myself crazy challenges to raise money for charity like cycling the whole length of the UK and hiking Mount Kilimanjaro!

I can teach you English, how to sew, paint/ sketch, improve your interior space, be more adventurous and to have fun while doing it :)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

In my last job I tuaght kids archery & lead fun activity sessions but I also have many creative skills and am a very visual person, with skills in painting, drawing and using creative computer software. I have a degree in interior design with years of training in the arts. I have also worked in many other areas - so I can adapt to new surroundings/ tasks well.
