Beschreibung

Hi, we are Kez and Saxon! We are floating around, exploring as much as possible, and meeting as many beautiful people out there as we can. We have just completed a Pacific crossing delivery to Tahiti (we work on boats) and have 6 weeks free before we return to work on the boat. Kez normally works on classic boats and superyachts as first mate and Saxon works as a film director in his own company when he's not doing deliveries.

We have enjoyed living and travelling in a number of places around the world, be it for a few years or for a few weeks; we love creating connections with places and people. We are always seeking out new experiences, and throw ouselves into whatever it is we are doing at that moment. So we work hard, play hard, learn hard, relax hard... whatever the moment requires. We can easily adapt to being independent or with other people.

We have a lot of passions... spearfishing, surfing, paragliding, freediving, climbing, yoga, slacklining/highlining, skiing/snowboarding, wild camping. We both cook to a high level and practice meditation and breathwork. Kez plays guitar, piano and flute. We love to share our passions, and we love to share other peoples' more :)

We have found many adventures through sites such as workaway and are excited to make more memories, friendships and skills this way. Hope to meet you soon!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Kez - my job as first mate has taught me a lot about DIY to a high standard, electrics, plumbing, metalwork, carpentry... I have built all kinds of things all around the world with my work, friends and workaways. I have built and maintained sustainbable permaculture gardens and understand well the hard work it requires.

I studied psychology which gives me a general set of skills around people, and I have been an au pair for many families, including helping around the house with cleaning, washing, gardening etc. I like kids and they like me! I have a Teaching English as a Foreign Language certificate so can help teach English.

Saxon - Filmmaking and photography are my jam, but I've also done a wide variety of jobs including teaching English (in Japan - both children and adults) as well as corporate work in marketing, bar and hospitality work, snowboard instructor, ski chalet host and cleaner, and other things. My personal interests, travel experience and love of adventure sports have also led me to develop interpersonal skills. I write, draw and paint, freedive, spearfish, surf, paraglide, fly drones and enjoy DIY projects and gardening.

We have lived in a few communities, usually off-grid, we have good personalities to be living in communities and we enjoy it. We love animals, are hard-working, creative, good cooks, and strong enough for manual labour. We can work outside all day, come rain or shine.
