unterwegs auf Reisen
Doing a Working Holiday Visa in Japan, I'd like to make the most of this stay by meeting people, discovering the culture and to take up challenges.
My first job in Japan was to be Friendly Organizer (GO) / Ski and Snowboard instructor at Club Med Sahoro Hokkaido.
Last year I did a Working Holiday Visa in New Zealand and did many jobs (snowboard instructor, dairy farm worker, orchard worker, vintage cellar hand, bar back, food truck employee and did my first experience as a Workawayer!)
I've been on CouchSurfing for a while (you can see my profile there: https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/jthomas1) and I now want to earn new skills by trying new social platforms such as Workaway
Quite adventurous, I'm fond of outdoors and adrenalin sports: rock-climbing, downhill mountain-biking, snowboarding and skiing, and would love to try new ones: rafting, canyoning...
I also love the simple pleasures of life such as barbecues, sunsets or to wake up early to take pictures of the sunrise
I've been working five and a half year as a project manager in a HVAC&R company and decided to quit everything to travel around the world
I've got my translated driving license and can drive around Japan!
Cooking - climbing - project manager in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration - gardening and lumberjack skills - Mountain-biking - Hosting people - Socializing - Entertaining - driving
I love to eat and to taste new dishes
