Kia Ora! My name is Josie, I’m from New Zealand and I’m currently in Canada for a working holiday. My favourite part of travelling is meeting new people and learning about their culture and ways of life. What brings me happiness is spending time with my family and friends both back home in Aotearoa, and my travel family and friends!

I studied Psychology at University, since then I’ve mostly done farm work, picking fruit, landscaping …etc. I lived with a family in Canada for 2 months last year as home help, with the children, meals and gardening. Through my travelling I’ve really enjoyed learning new perspectives, I love talking with people about pretty much everything!

My main hobby is sewing, when I’m back home in New Zealand I love to sew my own clothes, although this is a difficult hobby for when I’m travelling. I know how to knit and crochet. I love to swim, Pilates, and go to the Gym. I love animals, growing up we had cats but I've also dog sat back home. My favourite thing to pass the time is doing sudokus, I feel like it keeps my mind sharp now that I’m no longer studying.
