Hi there, my name is Josh. I center myself around the holistic goal of living a healthy, well balanced life. full of sharing love and the gifts that have been bestowed upon me on this amazing journey we call life. I don't subscribe to any particular religion but feel it is important to honor life and the connection we all share.
My family and I have recently moved to Sweden and although my wife and daughters are dual US/Swedish citizens I am still wading through the bureaucracy of immigration.. As such I am required to spend sometime outside of the Schengen zone and I figured why not make an adventure out of it :). I have friends that have done the workaway/wwoof'ing thing before and they had great things to share so I thought I'd give it a whirl as well.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I grew up on a horse farm and have been doing a wide range of building, renovating, and other hands on activities ever since so I have a fairly broad array of experience. I would describe myself as a generalist.. I can do most anything but I don't consider myself an expert at any of it.. There's always more to learn! I've been driving various types of tractors since I was a child (backhoe's, track-loaders, etc), as well as working with a wide variety of animals. I have basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical skills. Plenty of experience in the garden as well as in the forest, processing firewood. If I run into something I don't know how to do I enjoy finding a video tutorial and teaching myself how to do it. I enjoy working with my head & my hands, and am planing on developing a homestead of our own once settled here in Sweden.

Was noch ...

I do work remotely and while my hours are flexible I do need a good internet connection, preferably that has a strong signal that extends to the room where I'll be staying. For this reason as well as i simply enjoy some quite time I greatly prefer a private room.
