What truly lights me up is the thrill of discovering new places and immersing myself in nature—especially in environments I’ve never experienced before. I’m happiest when life feels spontaneous and full of possibility, whether that’s chasing a sunset, taking an unplanned detour, or striking up a conversation with someone new. Lia’s passion lies in the heart of the kitchen and the stories behind every dish. She’s fascinated by food culture and loves experimenting with flavors, sharing traditional Greek recipes, and learning about local ingredients wherever she travels. Beyond cooking, Lia has a creative eye for textiles and clothing—she enjoys working with fabrics, up-cycling garments, and expressing herself through design.
