Beschreibung
I’m a 25-year-old Dutch calisthenics coach who’s happiest when I’m moving, learning, and spending time outside. I’m doing Workaway because I want a simpler rhythm for a while: more nature and hands-on days, less laptop time, and a chance to learn practical skills from hosts (gardening, maintenance, small/big projects).
I’m adaptable, and I like to really immerse myself in the place I’m in. I connect best through doing things together (working side by side, cooking, training, exploring). I like early nights, early mornings, daily meditation, and I’m always learning about training, health, and AI. Food-wise, I prefer minimally processed, high-protein whole foods — but I’m flexible — and I usually cook and enjoy sharing meals. I’ve spent time in Greece recently and I’m especially drawn to coastal, mountainous, or river areas where I can swim, hike, and live “real life”.

Was könntest du arbeiten?
I’m a calisthenics coach with about four years of experience teaching both groups and one-on-one. I create personalised training programs and can coach strength, mobility, and movement skills (handstands, pull-ups, muscle-ups, backflips), plus general bodyweight training. I also train in other sports like BJJ, swimming, trail running, cycling and freediving, and I’m comfortable supporting beginners and sharing injury-prevention fundamentals.
Practically, I’m technical and handy: I’m comfortable with tools (including power tools) and happy to help with gardening, outdoor tasks, general maintenance, and simple repairs. I enjoy cooking and can make high-protein, minimally processed meals, plus food prep like bone broth and simple ferments. I’m also good with computers/tech (basic programming and AI-related tasks) and can help with planning and organisation. I’d like to learn from people further along the path than me, and I also enjoy being around children and teenagers.

I’m always up for a challenge — a longer hike, a swim, or a mountain day — and I also love quiet evenings with a good book. I’m into deep conversations about life, training, philosophy, and personal growth, and I connect best through shared activities like cooking or moving together.
Lately I’ve been learning a pocket-sized didgeridoo, I listen to podcasts most days (AI, health, nature), and I read every night before bed. Coaching brings out my playful side, and people usually describe me as honest, persistent, and motivating.
