Beschreibung

We are a young couple from Germany, who has just finished school. We both trained in a children and youth circus for the last 12 years and have learned a lot abour circus and art, but also about community and interacting with others. We both worked voluntarily in this circus for the last 3 years while training children there.

Josefin is a very friendly, organised, open-minded and creative person. She likes to draw and paint, write poems or articles or create circus acts in her freetime. She has a dog, who she really loves and cares for. Because of that she is also often in nature and enjoys the peace of the forest. Besides all of that, Josefin likes to meet her friends often. They like to cook or bake and just have good quality time together. In groups of lots of new people, she can be really shy at first and insecure about what to say and how to behave. But once she feels comfortable with others, which usually happens within a few hours, she is a really funny and talkactive person. Josefin also lives vegan and pays attention to how she effects the world and tries to do this as positive as possible. In an ecological as well as in a social way.

Leonard is a very empathetic, reliable and sociable person who is able to connect different people so that everyone can feel as a part of the group really quickly. He also is aware of the needs of everyone around him and is always willing to fulfil them so that everyone feels comfortable. On the other hand, Leonard enjoys spending time with himself Leonard also likes to go for a walk in the forest or spends long hours near the ocean and is very interested in nature in general. Especially every kind of lizard but also squirrels are something he can‘t get enough information about. Generally speaking, Leonard is a person who loves to learn new things and skills as well as sharing those with others.

In general, we are very interested in teaching and learning languages. Josefin is interested in French, Leonard in Spanish, but we both would be happy to learn a little bit of our hosts' language as well. We would also like to improve our English skills :)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Josefin has lots of knowledge about everything that has to do with art in general such as painting, drawing or doing any kind of handicraft. She is also capable of sewing smaller or lager things, such as trousers (but only if there is any type of instruction.. :)).
Leonard is better at the „rougher“ work, e.g. with wooden materials. But he also has some knowledge of bicycle repairs.
We both are able to cook for ourselves or others, and we are very interested in exchanging some recipes with you :) Josefin also loves to bake a lot, both sweet and savoury pastries.
On top of that, we both know a lot about circus acrobatics in general, especially about juggling as well as slackwire. But there are many other disciplines we are familiar with. We might even bring our clubs, so that we can teach you a few tricks if you like.
