Hi! My name is Izshel, or as some people call me Izzy. I’m a dependable, adaptable, and hardworking volunteer with extensive hands-on experience in farm life, hospitality, and animal care. I’ve spent a year and a half WOOFing, volunteering on four different farms, where I’ve worked with a wide variety of projects including animal care, coffee farming, beekeeping, orchid care, white pineapple, and taro cultivation.

During my time volunteering, I’ve also cleaned and maintained Airbnbs, ensuring spaces were welcoming, organized, and guest-ready. I bring strong cleaning skills from my six years working for a professional cleaning company, so I understand attention to detail, efficiency, and high standards.

In addition, I’ve worked as a bartender for two years, which helped me develop excellent communication skills, responsibility, and the ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced environments.

I’m extremely trustworthy, easy to work with, and respectful of shared spaces. I adapt well to new environments and types of work, and I’ve thrived in off-grid and low-tech settings with no Wi-Fi, TV, or phone service. I genuinely enjoy meaningful work, learning new skills, and contributing positively to the places I stay.

I’m a very creative person. I love projects or jobs that involve, being artistic, and I would even go as far to say I have a nature talent for the arts.

I take pride in being reliable, open-minded, and bringing a positive attitude to every experience. I’m always happy to help where needed and treat every home, farm, and project with care and respect.
