Hi, I'm Isabelle 👋 I am a 23 year old from Australia.
I spent the last 2 years backpacking, doing workaways across Asia, Europe and North Africa. I love to travel slow-paced and spend most of my time in one place so I can truly appreciate the lifestyle, culture and form connections with people from all walks of life.
I now live and work in Sydney, though still love to travel on my time off. If there is something to learn or new to try, I am always keen to give it a go! So far I've had the opportunity to live on a farm in Nepal, run a guesthouse in Morocco, work at the refugee centre in Austria, and heaps more!
Looking forward to the next adventure and meeting some more awesome people 😊

English Teaching: I worked on an education project where I taught English in schools in rural Indonesia. Classes ranged from English fundamentals for children, to conversational skills and slang for young adults.
Hospitality: I am a certified barista and kitchen hand, having experience serving customers, preparing food and making beverages. I have worked in restaurants, cafes and hotels.
Marketing: I come from a marketing background, having worked in the industry as both freelancer and in-house marketer. My specialty lies in social media marketing & content creation, though I have worked on projects involving web design & development, email marketing, PR and more.

The more I have travelled, the more I have become interested in learning languages! It is crazy to me that there are billions of people on this earth I could not communicate with, so becoming a Polygot has become a life goal.
