Hi, I’m Ine, 28 years old from Belgium. I would describe myself as open minded, determined and caring. For the past 6 years I have lived in India, Australia and Sweden. Next adventure: Canada! I have a working holiday visa so I intend to stay for two years.

I would love to have the opportunity to be a part of your project. Previous workaways have been amazing experiences. I have learned a lot and even more so, connected with some really wonderful people and their countries. Please read the feedback I have received from my previous hosts for some lovely words from lovely people.

Some of my interest are books, farming, cooking and baking, hiking and ashtanga yoga. I love a bit of adventure and I am happy with simple accommodation. Over the years I have lived in many different types of accommodation: house, houseboat, apartment, hotel, hostel, boarding school, tent, car, van, wagon, barn and friend's couches. I have never lived on the street and I intend to keep it that way haha.

A long term goal is to buy some land in the countryside (not sure which country), start a family and try to live a sustainable lifestyle in harmony with nature. I am very interested in any projects related to sustainability, homesteading, farming, building... Anything that I can learn that will help me develop skills to build my own home and live of the land.

I practice ashtanga yoga 5 to 6 days a week early in the morning. I am very dedicated to my practice. If you would like to learn, I am happy to share my knowledge. If you also practice, it would be really nice to have someone to practice next to. Besides ashtanga yoga, I love cycling, running and hiking. I would like to swim more, I am just not a big fan of going to the swimming pool. I love being active, moving my body, being out in nature.

I am a primary school teacher by education and have worked in Australia, Belgium, China, India and Sweden. I am also looking for a job as a teacher in Canada. Besides that I have done various other jobs such as barista, bartender, caregiver, farmhand, fundraiser, pine tree planter, retail clerk and waitress.
