I'm Ilaria Busonero, an italian girl of 24 years old, I love to travel to enrich my life with new people, cultures and beautiful natural places.
I enjoy art, good books, photography, and to do handcrafts.
also I love being in nature (especially woods and sea), work with animals and in the countryside
Furthermore, I am Italian and I like to cook so expect to try some homemade lasagna and carbonara.
I currently travel with my boyfriend Mattia, he doesn't have a workaway profile yet but you can learn more about him through the pictures we uploaded on this page or from our instagram profiles ( _mattianunnari_ and ilaria.buso ).
italian is our native language an we both can also speak english and spanish, not perfectly but good enough to communicate and understand everything.

Hola, soy Ilaria Busonero, una chica italiana de 24 años, me encanta viajar y conocer gente nueva, pero sobre todo me gusta estar en la naturaleza y conocer la cultura de los lugares que voy a visitar.
Me encanta el arte, la escritura y la fotografia, y hago artesanìa.
Me gusta trabajar y hablar con las personas (por eso quiero aprender muchos idiomas, para ahora hablo ingles y español no de forma perfecta pero bastante bien), tambien me gusta trabajar con los animales y en el jiardin.
Ademas, soy italiana así que se hacer una gran lasaña y una buena carbonara.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

In Italy I worked as a sea lifeguard, I did some jobs in hospitality (assistant cook and barista) and also I had a beautiful experience as a substitute teacher at primary school for a month.
during 2022 I worked several months in Germany as a caregiver for an elderly lady.
I also travelled and had many workaways experiences around Europe: as receptionist in an hostel in the fantastic island of La Palma and then I lived and worked in a thematic park in Tenerife (both in Canary islands). I lived in a lovely and small bio farm in Spain and then moved to Portugal in a friend's van.
after that, I came back to Italy where I met my boyfriend Mattia and we bought and built a little van ourselves. from that moment we travelled toghether.
we went to Spain again and we did two workaways experiences: in a olive farm and then with a beautiful family of four in the countryside where we worked as babysitters and housekeepers.
then we had many more adventures in Germany, Sweden and Italy, we hope to share them with you in front of a cup of tea!

Was noch ...

we plan to stay in Australia for one year, thanks to our working holiday visa. our goal is to find a paid job in Perth or in the area but with no rush! we would love to start our life in Australia with a workaway, to get used to the new place and make new friends, and also because we loved all our past workaway experiences.
so during our free time we will search for a job and a place to stay, but don't worry we would never leave you before the agreed time and always work with you in your project or home chores with all our energy and abilities.
