Hi Hosts!

We are a Brazilian couple, but we both hold an EU passport, I (Juliana) have a Lithuanian citizenship and Igor has an Italian citizenship, because of our ancestors.

We did a backpacking around Europe doing volunteers between 2019-2021 passing through Portugal, Spain, France, England, Scotland and Italy, it was our greatest adventure, you can find some feedbacks about it.

We had experience with taking of animals, gardening, farming, cleaning, child care, DIY, Maintenance and Hospitality Services. We like to cook, listen and tell histories, explore new places and sports.

Today we live in Ireland, Igor is a Motor Technician at Volkswagen and I work in the accounts in a Warehouse company. Besides we are always travelling in the "usual" way, we miss the adventure of a volunteer, to know the culture of a country, the food, the work through the eye of a local.

We have 10 days in the end of the year between 22nd Dec 2023 and 01st Jan 2024, and we are looking a project to be part of and to be useful in these days while we also know more about the country. We are open to learn new skills if needed to do the work that needs to be done. If you think you need a help in these days, please let us know.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

We did a lot of different works in the volunteers we were part of, such as:

In Brazil: Helping farming and with the permaculture in a organic Farm.
In Spain: Helping in a Hostel, doing Customer Service at the reception, helping tourists and keeping the hostel clean.
In France: Helping in the chateau's restoration, cleaning the garden and cooking for the volunteers team.
In England: Helping a family of 5 in London, organizing the house, doing some maintenance, fixing some things, cooking some days and spending time with the 3 children.
In Scotland: Helping in the Jupiter Artland with the garden and with DIY projects.
In Scotland: Helping in the pig farm taking care of the pigs, feeding the horse and doing some gardening projects.
In Italy: Helping with garden and taking care of the Animals, helping customers in the B&B/restaurant/farm (agriturismo) and cook for the team.

In Ireland I work at an office doing accounts and and Igor works as a motor technician.

We make a good team and we learn fast.

Was noch ...

We traveled with workaway not just in exchange for food and accommodation but because it developing in us self knowledge and we feel immersed in the culture of others countries. The world has a good side and some incredible people. Volunteering is a incredible way to find them.
