What motivates me:
I am motivated by the opportunity to provide my children with a rich and meaningful life, one that encourages curiosity, connection, and a love for learning. As a worldschooling family, I believe in learning through experiences, cultures, and the environment around us. This lifestyle allows us to grow together while breaking generational patterns and living in alignment with values like sustainability, gentle parenting, and embracing diversity. Personal growth also drives me, as I want to show my daughters that by following their passions and being true to themselves, they can create a life of purpose and fulfillment.

What brings me happiness:
Happiness for me is seeing the world through my children’s eyes—watching them discover something new, ask questions, or embrace a new experience with wonder. Worldschooling gives us the freedom to explore, connect, and learn together, which brings immense joy to our lives. I also find happiness in the simple moments—dancing, cooking nourishing meals, or building relationships with people who inspire and challenge me. Living authentically, fostering growth, and creating a lifestyle that prioritizes family, sustainability, and adventure are what truly fill my heart.

I’m passionate about languages and excited to both teach and learn! I’m happy to teach English or Romanian, particularly to children, as I have experience working with kids and enjoy helping them grow. I also have a good understanding of Portuguese, though I’m not completely fluent, and I would love to improve it while sharing what I know. I’m open to learning new languages and view it as an enriching way to connect with people and immerse myself in different cultures. Whether teaching or learning, I believe language is a wonderful tool for building bridges and creating meaningful connections.

Skills and Experience:
I bring a diverse range of skills and experiences that I believe can be valuable to any host. My background includes studying mental health for children and volunteering with vulnerable children in Cusco, Peru, where I developed patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different situations. As a single mother of two young children, I’ve honed my multitasking and problem-solving skills while creating a nurturing, loving environment for my family.

I have a deep love for animals and experience caring for dogs and cats, though I am open and eager to learn about working with other animals. I enjoy spending time outdoors and find fulfillment in activities that involve connecting with nature and animals.

In addition, I speak English and Romanian fluently, have some knowledge of Portuguese, and am always enthusiastic about cultural exchange and learning new languages. I also have yoga experience, which helps me stay grounded and maintain a positive outlook.

While cooking isn’t my strongest skill, I’m happy to assist in the kitchen and learn along the way. I am open-minded, hardworking, and always willing to contribute wherever needed.

Hobbies and Interests:
I have a strong appreciation for activities that engage both my mind and body. I love intuitive dance, as it allows me to express myself freely and connect with the present moment. It’s a form of movement that feels natural and helps me stay grounded.

When it comes to games, I’m drawn to those that make me think and use logic. While I’ve never played Uno, I enjoy strategy-based games, such as chess (although I play it only occasionally) and card games. I appreciate games that require planning, critical thinking, and a bit of creativity to outsmart my opponent.
