I made the leap from Speech Therapy to Yoga in August 2020 and more and more each day I am learning to live my purpose. To connect, move, find peace and grow in awareness. I like to eat and live mindfully. I care deeply about animal welfare. I'm on a mission to learn about myself and the world through exploring and meeting people. Through learning how others live and take care of their world.
I would love more opportunities to teach yoga classes (big or small) in beautiful places; meet and learn from others; live simply and discover new ideas.
I teach 4 classes a week online (UK time), so would try to continue that while I'm away. -
