Hey, this is Johanna and Pia, 19 and 20 years old and living in Germany. We’re friends since we went to Sweden together when we were 16. From then on we‘ve been sharing our fascination about exploring Europe, its divers landscapes, architecture and meeting people of different cultures. Our Sweden trip was followed by amazing days in Prague and Croatia. On our journeys and during the months in between we learned a lot about each others strengths, struggles and habits. Working together as a team strongly we complement each other perfectly.
When we‘re not traveling we like to spend our time doing arts, music and sports or by planning our next trip ;)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

We both have work experience in different areas. Pia has been coaching children voluntarily in her sports club for several years. Meanwhile Johanna worked on a nature farm where she served costumers and helped in producing teas, vinegars, oils and similar.
We share the interest in nature, which is shown in our experience in gardening and outdoor activities. Besides we both are very clean/tidy persons so we can do any general housework.
We both had art classes were we discovered our joy in expressing our creativity in artwork and DIY projects.
Our greatest interests are new experiences and learning new things. We are quick in understanding and implementing even if we don't have too much experience. We are both people who can not sit still and understand what hard work brings.

Was noch ...

Johanna discovered her passion for biology at a young age and plans to study biology next year. That's why she got her scuba diving license in greece at the age of fourteen. But it's not just diving that she enjoys but also sewing, meaning she creates backpacks out of old tarpaulins. These backpacks found their use in the hiking, camping and climbing trips that Johanna has taken since her childhood in the nature of Germany. She also took riding lessons for five years.

Pia found her interest in other cultures at an early age by taking part in school excursions to France and Scotland. She never misses an opportunity to learn a new language. Besides her trips abroad, Pia has also been active within Germany by paddling on various rivers.

Traveling accompanies us since we're children. We dream of getting to know people who introduce us to their daily life and culture. We want to have authentic experiences in countries, cities and homes that are different to the things we're used to. For us traveling means being open to face the unexpected stumbling from adventure to adventure.

Therefore we are already excited and happy to get to know you :)
