Hi to you all,

I'm Heidi, a 50-year old adventurous mum of 3 kids (2 biologicals and 1 adopted), and live in a small village in the center of Belgium.

Now that my children are growing older and more independent, I slowly start breaking free again and try to step out of my comfortzone more and more. My climb to Kilimanjaro in september'21 was the start of a brand new chapter in my life and since then I look at life differently. Let's call it a true life changing experience!

I studied Tourism, with the idea to leave Belgium one day, but it never happened....still "work in progress" though.

Low budget and basic travelling&living is very important to me, and with everything I do, I try to keep my ecological footprint as low as possible. I feel no affinity with the digital world; only use it for essential stuff.

I am not always very convinced of my own skills and I underestimate myself quite a lot, but I truly believe I have a lot to share. Once you reach me your hand, open up your heart to me and able to make me feel comfortable.....we can surely mean something valuable for each other.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

In my daily life I am a dedicated, loving and caring mum/woman who can give a lot of attention to people, animals, plants and pets (I have 3 cats and I grew up with three dogs)

In my professional life I have been a Sales person in Fashion most of the time! I always liked the personal contact with my clients, and I am a real master in dealing with "after-sales" issues and Customer Service.

I really love organising stuff, cleaning cupboards, daily housekeeping tasks, ironing, driving around in my car as Taxi-mum, cheering and supporting at sport activities,......

For my own familiy I really like to cook and try out new recepies but cooking for someone else always makes me quite nervous. It is definitely something I want to work on.

I am also a real "baby-lover" and open for childcare; with a preference for the very little ones.

In terms of gardening, I am a motivated beginner and my hands are already aching to give you some support!

I consider myself an allrounder; always open for new learnings and developing myself.

In my free time I like:
- doing outdoor and sport activities: climbing, hiking, walking, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, biking, dancing, yoga, in-line skating, badminton, ....
- to write
- to read
- to puzzle
- to collect litter in my neighbourhood and to volunteer @River Clean Up
- to support my children at sport games (athletics)
- walking a friend's dog
- helping my oldest daughter with her care-horse
