Hello!
My name is Freya. I am a 29 year old British woman with a love for travel, people and the environment. I am a creative person and love meeting new people and learning their stories.
I have done a couple of work aways in Malaysia and Sri Lanka when I last travelled in my early twenties which I really enjoyed; staying on one place and getting to know people and learning new skills is a winner!
I am currently planning a trip to Mexico where I would love to find a Workaway with a focus on nature, permaculture, conservation .. and a yoga/ wellness element would be a bonus!
I have a degree in Plant Science so am very interested in botany/ ethnobotany and conservation. I've also spent time working on farms and permacultre/ soil health/ regenerative agriculture are a real interest of mine and i would love to learn more.
I've lived in lost of communal settings and know how to care for a space and pull my weight. I'm a laid back and emotionally aware person with a silly streak!
