Ich bin gerade

Beschreibung

I am someone who wants to learn, explore and create.

Connection to the natural world is an important part of my life. I feel at home in the ocean, mountains and forest. I have been practising mindfulness daily for several years, teaching basic meditation as well, I am becoming interested in yoga, taking a yoga teacher training course in January.

I have been working in the UK for 3 years as an outdoor instructor of Hiking, Camping, Surfing, Climbing, kayaking and forest schools. I also have a degree in Outdoor and adventure education.

I am interested in helping out however I can and learning about different ways of living.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Practising many physically challenging outdoor sports, and working manual labour jobs in the past, I am capable of a hard day's work outdoors. I have experience in gardening work.

I am also an Outdoor Guide, with British qualifications to lead several outdoor adventure activities.

I am adaptable, willing to do what's needed and quick to learn new skills.
I try to listen to other people and can work well as a team member or take on a leaders role if necessary.:)

I can teach mindfulness meditation.
