We are Florejan and Louise, two nature-loving openminded people who want to discover the world trough slow travel and volunteering. Eager to learn, share and connect with all great things life has to offer! 🌼🌿 Currently taking a gap year.

Hi, I am Louise! An enthusiastic 27-year old, curious to learn new things and meet new people. Favorite way to do so is by travelling and experiencing other cultures. Creating makes me happy! Crafting, cooking, ... simply making things by hand feels great! Music and dancing is also something I'm passionate about and brings me joy. I love being in nature, hiking, camping or just looking at the birds and bees 🌞 I'm very interested in learning about growing veggies, building, cultures, fauna and flora, handicrafts, ... while volunteering/travelling. Can't wait 🤗

Hello, i'm Florejan. I love travelling slow, especially by bike. I love being in nature and wonder around all the small details it has to offer. I like being challenged, expand my comfortzone and grow in the proces. I love trying new things and i believe i am a fast learner. I love sports, especially bike riding. One of my biggest passions is bikepacking since it combines alot of things i like.
I'm very curious about cultures, politics, history, sociology, psychology and how things work in general. I like writing and drawing. I recently started a blog. I'm a person who likes to help others and make new friends.

Hi, i'm Florejan and I work as social worker part time in a residential youth care centre and part time in a youth care project. Our project organizes outdoor multi day canoe trips for vulnerable youth in need for a voluntary time out or reconnection with important others, themselves and nature.
For the past three years, I helped to create and develop this project. I love working with kids and youth and i have experience with working with youths who are in need for extra support, having negative emotions, behavioural problems, ...

I love doing physical work as well like building, repairing, ..
As a farmer's son I'm used to working and living on a farm. I'm not a farmer myself but i learned alot by helping out at home.

I could teach Dutch as native speaker and English + some French.


Hello, my name is Louise. I also work as a social worker in a community center where people meet and expand social life, learn computerskills or other topics, cook and create together, repair used stuff, ... We organise all kinds of workshops and activities for people to connect and learn new things/skills. I mainly work with older people, but sometimes also kids and people with special needs.

I also studied graphic design, in my spare time I love being creative and try out all sorts of different/new art forms.

I'd love to share my knowledge and expercience about the above-mentioned topics (also including language practice) and help where I can!
