Hello!
We are Cindy and Finja from Germany 😊

We are 18/19 years old and we just finished school this year. As it has always been a dream of ours to travel after graduation we want to travel to Canada together at the beginning of September with our Working Holiday visas, and we are really excited to start this new adventure.

We are currently looking for a nice place where we can help out, meet new people and get to know everyday life in Canada. We would love to stay with a friendly family or host where we can be part of the daily life and hopefully make things a little easier with our help.
We enjoy cooking and spending time in the kitchen but we are also happy to help out in the garden or around the house.
We are both open-minded, friendly, reliable, honest and always willing to learn something new. We enjoy working together, helping wherever we are needed and putting a lot of effort into what we do.

We’re also really interested in getting to know Canadian culture and meeting new people. Since Cindy is not yet very fluent in English we are also keen to improve our language skills. We’d love to experience Canada not only as tourists, but really get to know the country and the people who live there.

In our freetime, we both took dance lessons which we truly enjoyed. Finja has also been riding for three years, something she has always loved. So we both like staying active and going on adventures and experience new things. Finja has also some animals, for instance a cat, two rabbits and sheep’s at home, so she really likes spending time with pets in general.

We’re looking forward to meeting new people, learning new things and hopefully finding a great place where we can help and have a good time together!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

In general, we both have experience in hospitality. Cindy has been working at a Greek restaurant for a year now which has taught her how to deal with customers and serve food. For the past three years Finja has been helping out from time to time at her parents car dealership, where she also learnt how to interact with customers and providing a friendly service.
We both also worked at an ice cream shop for while, where we learnt how to stay calm in stressful situations and where we also improved our time management. Additionally, whilst at school we both provided tutoring in maths to younger students which taught us how to engage with children and to develop patience.
