2023 December Looking for a long term host in Miami

I have lived in Hawaii for 17 years built my own house (not all with my own hands lol) enjoyed creating a jungle like garden
I learned along the way many skills in home construction maintenance and gardening and I love helping to create something beautiful.
I have a special love for nature and peaceful surroundings.
I learned about Workaway while traveling in Peru in 2017
Now I already have several experiences I love Workaway both as a host and a volunteer.
I am very interested to participate again in this concept and open to short term
or long term commitments depending on what the host needs. I am traveling all summer and intending to go many places in Italy including Sardegna, Elba, Tuscany and Abruzzo. .
I am kindhearted and peaceful in my approach to life and I like peaceful environments.
I am a huge lover of nature and animals especially dogs and cats. And I love being on the water and sailing.
I also have worked on sailboats usually cooking up some creative meals for the crew or for guests of a private charter in Greece and the South Pacific.
I have great stories to tell!
I also have experience with children of all ages as I babysat my nephews and young children of friends. I am a Mom myself and homeschooled my daughter from time to time while we traveled. She is 36 now and benefited greatly from exposure to different cultures at an early age.
I have helped people with their children in Australia as well and will be happy to spend time with your children, teaching language, cooking, playing, swimming, board games, reading...
I can totally recognize that a family with young children hosting foreign travelers gives them an an eye opening experience of the world almost as much as if they traveled.
I am currently learning Italian and would love opportunities to practice.
I can also help adults to refine their knowledge of the English or French language or start from beginner level.
I am easily adaptable to new situations and I am creative.
It is easy for me to respect others.
I believe that the world is not a one waystreet and that what comes around goes around.
Be kind and you will receive kindness!
I love cooking
A note of importance is that I cannot do heavy hauling due to a mild neck injury - something you do not see but I feel. Other than that I am much younger than my age.
I have a wealth of knowledge on holistic health and food as medicine and like to eat healthy everyday. I eat everything although I don’t eat junk food and less meat and not much sugar these days I don't smoke, drink or take drugs and seek a smoke free environnement.
