Hi! I am Feli, 25 years old. I am from Germany, and I love traveling, hiking, seeing new places in nature, and taking photos! I am always down for spontaneous adventures.
I just finished my bachelor's degree in theology/social work in intercultural contexts.
I love meeting new people, getting to know their stories and cultures, learn new skills and exploring new places and countries. I still want to see so many places on my bucket list!
People say I am a funny, positive and energetic person, and I am very open and honest.
I also love cooking, arts, and creative stuff in general :)

Looking forward to meeting some of you guys here on workaway!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

1.) Working with kids
I grew up in a big family, so taking care of kids has always been part of my life, since I also did a voluntary year in a children’s home and decided to study social work afterwards. I love spending time with kids, no matter what age :)

2.) Gardening/ maintenance During my studies, I was helping out at the gardening team of my university. Depending on what’s needed, I helped with gardening or even renovating a student dormitory, I love challenges and learning new things. I also have a lot of plants by my own and I love to take care of them 🌱

3.) Animals
Animals have also always been part of my life. My family always had a dog, my grandma has chickens and I helped to take care of my uncle‘s Icelandic horses for some years and I loved it! (Sadly some time ago since I moved away-I miss it🥲) During my social work internship semester, I also was able to sometimes help with Equine-assisted Learning.
In summer holidays, I once worked on a sheep farm, too!


4.) arts (and crafts)
I studied at a design high school, so I learned a lot about design and arts and crafts etc. I’m a very creative person and love to use my talents for helping people. I love painting, sewing, taking pictures and making videos and trying out new things like pottery!
Especially my photography skills have been of good use for helping people, for example by taking pictures for their homepage or else.

In general, I am very open to learn new skills! I’d say I’m a very handy person! 😊
