Hello everyone, I am Celina. 42 year old, mother of 2 homeschoolers, born from Italo-Turkish parents and married to a Spanish French. Currently we are living in Turkey. I've lived in France for 15 years for my Masters and Ph.D studies.

I am a holistic health and wellness coach, specialized in women pelvic floor health and pain management.
I teach pilates, yoga, myo-fascial self release techniques. I also love giving massage.
I teach kids yoga and write kids yoga books.

I used to own a mother-child cafe where i organized art, yoga and play based workshops for kids in English, French and Spanish.

I love salsa and theater jazz dance.
I love swimming, playing volleyball, tennis, table tennis, basketball, scuba diving, roller skating.
I love playing the piano and the flute.
I love cooking and baking.
And most of all, I love teaching and sharing my passion with the others.

I like being in nature rather then in the city, be it at the sea side or the forest.

My husband Cipriano is 54 years old. He works in IT. He loves salsa dancing, greek mythology, sports in general, cinema and books. He loves reading and playing with kids, especially board games.

Our son Helios is 9 years old, daughter Calliope is 6 years old. They are both very active and sociable, curious to discover the world.
