Beschreibung

Hi! We are Ella and May, a nature loving, creative couple volunteering with a goal of becoming completely self-sufficient, surrounded by nature.

For the last 5 years we've been travelling, working on permaculture and organic farms, helping at homesteads, in gardens, on foraging courses and helping with eco-renovations.

We are looking to improve our wood working skills, knowledge on agroforestry, grey water filtering, traditional house building, seed broadcasting, agroforestry and upcycling.

It's especially important to us that we can learn about non-intrusive (re-)wilding and ecological balance.

We spend a lot of our time taking photos of our natural surroundings, our cameras are always with us. We love adventuring outside of our comfort zones to try new things and we absolutely love the sea.

We have now had five volunteering experiences, we loved the places and people so much that we have chosen to continue dedicating our time to volunteering opportunities and helping biodiversity full time.

We are both vegetarian and love to cook, we try and get creative with new dishes all the time.

Our travels so far have given us the opportunity to learn a lot of new skills including foraging, woodwork, mosaicing, horticulture, preservation, harvesting, biochar, lime/clay plastering, composting and more.

By trade we are experts in design and marketing and have helped numerous charities, non-profits and community initiatives with their branding, web design, print and digital presence and their long term marketing strategies.

Was noch ...

We are looking for trips that will kill ours egos and help us learn about the world, if you think you can teach us something new we would love to try anything! High on bucket list is Mushroom cultivation, Permaculture & Self Sustainability, Wildlife conservation, Biology, Rainforest trekking, Cave Trekking and growing: oats, barley, grains and fruit trees.
