Beschreibung

Hi,
we are Eveline and Alex, a married couple, living in Germany and starting our Worldtrip in Summer 2025.
We are an adventurous couple and love to get to know new cultures, play sports and enjoy nature.
We have already volunteered in Cape Town (library) and Vancouver (high school) and other places.
Our jobs there consisted mainly of organizing events, helping the students/customers with any kind of problem/question they had and coordinating and improving the processes.
Our goals are:
- Learn from different cultures, try to give sth. back to the society and do more social work
- Improving our English skills by teaching
- Learn more about agricultre and be more sustainable

A few words about our skills:
- We speak english fluently (C1/B2), a little bit of portuguese and a little bit of spanish, Alex has experience in tutoring and has created learning material
- Experience in work with children and young people, especially in tutoring and holiday program for children
- Video editing skills, proficient in using drones, GoPros and video cameras with expertise in Davinci Resolve
- Worked on a farm that had cows and vegetables were grown there

We both have a bachelor degree and Alex has finished his apprenticeship 10 years ago, since then we have been working for different companies.
Eveline has worked as a waitress (usual business and big weddings) for 4 years and Alex helped out on a construction site a few years ago. We are both fast in learning new skills and we are looking forward to learn new ones :)

We are vegan/vegetarian and try to live in harmony with our planet and would love to support you in your project.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

SOCIAL WORK: Experience in teaching german/english to refugees in person and online, supervised several youth camps, volunteer work with disabled people and in a hospital, volunteered abroad and have organized several events
VIDEOGRAPHY: Recording and editing videos is a big (semi professional) hobby (film/sound-editing). Alex has edited a lot of videos and created approx. 20 short movies. Mostly with the help of Davinci Resolve, Premiere, After Effects and Geolayers. We would like to make a documentary about our trip and the experience
RENOVATING: Helped friends renovating their flats (lay parquet, paint, grind window, milled floor)
AGRICULTURE: Small experience in gardening/farming, we want to learn more
