Holaaa!
My name is Erika, and I'm in this word from 36 years old,

My English is more than basic, I understand it, I speak of course and write... not very well,
I need and I want to learn more. My native language is Italian and I also speak Spanish as a second language.

I enroll in Workaway because I want to live this experience from the first moment I've heard of it.
Making me useful to help others is my personal quality. Be able to contribute, share, new discoveries, new lessons, travel, cultural exchange and habits, learn about new ideas and create together for the good of both parties... grow together! I'm thrilled! a dream come true! thank you workaway!

About me:
Born in Sardinia, an island that is currently part of Italy, but the people do not feel Italian. If I can add a few lines in favor of Sardinia I can say that it is unique in everything: The wonderful territory of sea and mountain, ancient structures where it is partly hidden their origin... food and drink, music, costumes and jewelry of other times that are still important today, various games such as "murra" and "Biccusu", languages spoken... there is so much different from Italy. go and find out!

My disposition has always been to discover, learn, grow, travel.
I like to share my knowledge and experiences, always for those who like to exchange this with me!
I'm a soul on the way, like all of us. Over time I am getting rid of the limiting patterns of modern society, giving value more and more to the simplicity of things, occupying my time in a constructive way and learning from the various cultures through people and places, but also books that nourish the conscience. The trips I've dealt with in the last 4 years between Thailand and India have made me deeply aware of what is really important. besides, many things that I have been experiencing for 3 years have been quite felt. One day I'm going to write a book...I'm really going to do it.

I'm cheerful, sunny, I try to enjoy every moment, I can embrace a tree or thank him for the fruit that he donated to nourish me. I love communicating with animals. I grew up on a farm surrounded by chickens, geese, rabbits, chicks, but also 13 horses... the animal that makes me return to my childhood and to the memory of my father. I love these animals. since the age of 8 I realized that I never wanted to find myself at the table with a horse steak again. My reaction was clear and respectful on my mother's part from that moment on.

I have an innate artistic gift, covering various qualities (photography, video, dance, theater) where this fills me with pure satisfaction... and I love to teach, to guide others to learn together.

Meditation is a daily act for me. I love Kundalini yoga and would like to go to India to learn the academy as a teacher. Also I love to learn soon different therapy like reflexology and Ayurveda things.
Already I learning Access Consciousness and a part of PNL.

I have a careful personality in the cleanliness of the house, of normal type, are not manic, I am a person respectful of the common environments.

I have always been a desire to learn where I found passion in handling a drill, screwdriver, hammer, build, use pallets, paint, gardening worrying about the care of plants, talking to them, feeding from the fruits thanking the plant, cooking, taking care and teaching children in a healthy way.

I have skill for everything, where there is to learn...
Since I was a child, I helped my mother make the electrical installation of the house. A great woman my mother! she teaching me we can make everything.
In my life I have chosen various trades, I like to discover my skills and to know new things. I have creative skills of various kinds. Paint, create with objects from recycle, use cement to create vases. I love gardening: I know some homemade nutritional recipes to nourish specific plants, in the balcony of my house I cultivated, potatoes, tomatoes and beetroot!
I have creative ability to assemble with various materials, I love everything you can express, with creation, respecting the environment and nature.

since I was a child I have a special connection with children younger than me. It creates a relationship of trust, contribution, play. I then cultivated work experiences as babysitters of various ages... 3 years, 4, 6 and 8. If there was a need for younger children I would be thrilled to be able to help a family. It doesn't scare me at all and I'm sure I have the skills to take care of even younger children.

I have a driver's license for 10 years.

Since 2015 I have traveled a lot for long periods, sometimes immersing myself in the experiences of the local people, in Thailand (which I have visited already 5 times), Indonesia, Malaysia (also here 5 times), Australia, India ... I have also visited various European resorts. I love to travel and get to know the different cultures... I appreciate the colorful colors we can give to this world. it is a dream that is realized for me more and more to visit the various countries entering in direct connection with the people who live there. I have (almost) always had beautiful experiences and it is always a pleasure for me to share them.
