Hi! I’m Émilie! Most people that know me, say that my passion and curiosity are what make me who I am. I have dreamed about travelling the world and discovering new cultures since I travelled to Nicaragua with my sister, my mom and 50 of her students, to do just that. I love going on new adventures and finding hidden gems of our amazing world.

When I was 19, I decided to move across the country (which in Canada is very far :) to study my biggest passion yet! Cooking!! I am a huge foodie and one of my goals to get out of travelling is to learn more about other cultures cuisines and local foods. I would be more then happy to teach you mine as well.

To me travelling means to immerse myself in new cultures to understand the world through others eyes.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am a professionnel cook! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for just over 2 years now. So I’m still pretty new at it. I am currently working at a Michelin star restaurant in Vancouver, Canada. I am a super artistic person. I actually have a college degree in music. I played music instruments for all of 11 years (violin, saxophone, piano and singing). I grew up with a house surrounded by multiple gardens. My parents thought me a lot about gardening but I’m am eager to learn more.
