I live in Germany, north of Hamburg. I love travelling, to meet new people, food and cultures. At home I love horseback riding, ballet and to read.

Hi!
My name is Elisa, an 19 years old German girl, that wants to travel in one or two gapyears. My dream is to experience as many of the world's many varieties and it wouldbe perfect to experience them hrough living with the locals.
In 2016 decided to travel when I had finished school. Since then I was trying to realize this dream since I am really interested in new cultures, food and nature. I love to meet new people and be able to learn new languages and improve my english skills. However, I already speak three languages fluently, German, Danish and English. I love my family and friends with all my heart and always have a laugh with them. My pets also bring me a lot of happiness.
I am more of an introvert personality, but already after short time it vanishes. I like to go on new adventures just as chilling at home with a good book and a cup of tea. The balance is what it makes so extraordinary.
I danced ballet and took riding lessons for about 15 years, mostly dressage and for some years, show jumping. I have a little experiences with young horses.
I have my drivings license and also a license for driving with a trailer.
In summer of 2021 I started to work as a babysitter, but I do not have a degree for that. The family I am working in, is a single mother with 5 children, 3 boys and 2 girls, between 8 and 13. I help them with homework and do activities like playing etc..
Beside that, I was working on an Icelandic diary farm for 6 months. That means I milked the cows and fed them, as well as rinsing the milking system before and after milking. On the farm I learned how to drive their tractors. Also i got included in all the other aspects of farmwork around cows.

Was noch ...

I dance ballet since around 15 years. Other hobbies would be singing, reading and watch some good movies. I love spending time with friends, family and pets but I do also like some me time alone.
Since kindergarten I am in the Danish schoolsystem, so I grew up bilingual.
I prefer a vegetarian diet but I dont mind if that is not possible. In general i love to try out the local cuisine and I would love to try everything.
