Beschreibung
I’m Eli Bolyarska from Bulgaria.
I’m a slow, solo traveler with a love for simple living and meaningful experiences. I grew up on a small farm, surrounded by animals and plenty of responsibilities — a background that taught me hard work, adaptability, and care for every living thing.
Over the years, I’ve worked mainly as a graphic designer and prepress specialist, later retraining as a massage therapist. Since hitting the road, I’ve mostly worked in hospitality, though I’ve also taken on many short-term roles — from domestic cleaning to farm and agricultural work, and more.
Around the age of 40, when my daughter graduated and left home (I was a single parent), I decided it was time for a major life change. I left my office job, earned my massage diploma, and began preparing for a new way of living.
And here I am — after a few experiments, I’ve become a full-time traveler on an extremely tight budget, exploring both the world and my own limits with enthusiasm and curiosity.

I’m quite flexible, but here’s a short summary:
I’m an experienced massage therapist, and I’ve also worked as a cleaner, housekeeper, B&B manager, receptionist, farm helper, and agricultural worker.
Before I started traveling, I spent over 20 years as a graphic designer, prepress specialist, and photographer and I currently run a travel blog and a YouTube channel, so I’m comfortable with writing, photo/video editing, and basic social media management as well.

I only stayed for 3 weeks, but enjoyed every minute of it. Amazing people - warm, welcoming and down to earth. It was more like a vacation with a family than a job done for strangers as they made me feel part of their family.
